Automtive Skid / Dolly Cleaning
Driven by an ever demanding market and in conjunction with intensive development
programs have seen Calder become one of the leading companies in the introduction
of robotic skid cleaning units in the automotive industry. Low water consumption,
low operating costs and cleaning at paint production line speeds are the
major benefit.
Abrasive Cutting
Utilising a combination of ultra high water pressure and a fine abrasive
non-sparking waterjet abrasive cutting can be performed safely in hazardous
areas where conventional cutting would require a hot work permit.
Aluminium Applications
Removal of bauxite deposits found in all areas of the aluminium refinery
process, waterjet can dramatically reduce shutdown times and vessel entry
requirements.
Construction
Machines of 1000 bar and above are ideal for coating removal and concrete
demolition work such as exposing Re-bars, experienced operator are capable
of selectively demolishing damaged reinforced concrete. The non-vibratory
effect of HPWJ removes damaged concrete leaving no damage to the remaining
sound concrete.
Cranks
CNC machining combined with FEA stringent quality requirements of all high-pressure
pump components ensures a long-term life span and limited maintenance.
Deburr
Efficient clean and quick, automatically controlled jetting gives precise
de burring of rough machined components and castings, providing a more
cost effective solution to traditional deburr operations.
Dockmaster
The Hammelmann Dockmaster is a semiautomatic ship hull cleaning, derusting
and paint-stripping unit capable of operating at a maximum pressure of
2500 bar. Surface coating removal performance is equal to that of 20 manually
deployed blasting tools.
Grid Cleaning
These user-friendly Hyperblast tools available up to 2500 bar are used
for many applications including in situ grid cleaning in automotive paint
spray booths, eliminating the need to remove grids from site.
Heat Exchangers
Automatic Heat Exchanger or tube bundle cleaning can be performed by single
lance or multi lance operation improving greater safety and increasing
productivity.
Hyperblast
The HYPERBLAST 2500 bar floor cleaner used in conjunction with a direct
vacuum system retrieves all wastewater and waste material, used in (but
not limited to) factories and machine shops without the need to halt production.
Marine
Utilising water pressures up to 2500 bar for marine applications such as
general topside maintenance, stripping and de-rusting stanchions, winches
and deck cleaning. Removal of paint coatings from hulls above and below
the water line, stripping and de-rusting ballast tanks, holds and bunkers.
Compared with known dry blasting methods the amount of waste to be collected
is greatly reduced without loss of productivity.
Quarrying
High Pressure Water jet quarry equipment provide a safe and incident free
working environment, precision cutting ensures a cost effective alternative
to blasting.
Tank Cleaning
Vessel and tank cleaning used to be a dirty, dangerous and costly work.
Calder automatic tank cleaning heads can completely clean out a vessel
